Long time no see...and the world is still the same. Just

It is indeed. I believe it was September of last year when I last made a blog. Shit, long time. Loads of stuff happen since then. Government fucking us all on a daily basis as usual, but taking a decidely more Condeming move (see what I did there?), been and gone a year with my girlfriend, exams looming ever so near and quite frightening now that the coursework beast has been slain (it took a while). Oh yeah. Not forgetting the BIG news....

Osama Bin Laden is dead. Finally. Took a decade for us to find him. I say us, but the Americans claimed the kill. It's been littered all over the news today, naturally. Obama made a whole formal speech about it ofcourse. Claimed justice had been done. Still won't bring back the people he killed :/ But that's life I guess. And to be fair, America can claim to be the prey all it wants, but they're the one with the foreign policy of "going in there with threats and bribes, and if we don't get what we want we bomb them". Althought, Obama has been pretty good on the whole Libyan revolution. I say revolution, because there should be one. Gadaffi needs to be gotten rid of - exiled or otherwise. Yeah that's another change, 2011 has seen three Arab/African countries witness major rebellions. If only it was like Star Wars.

I realise I tend not to make a lot of sense in these blogs, I promise to rectify that. I said when I started this that I would do game reviews, and I shall. When I have time soon, i'll do a review on Sims 3 or Halo Reach.

I may have mentioned that I now work at the Co-op. Well you know now. Started waaay back in August. When it was fun. They have this, to be frank, stupid and repressive policy on who goes on till - if you're the newest during that shift, you're bunned on till. Simples. No like one hour off, one hour on stuff. No way, they like to keep you where they can see you. I've gotten over the whole customers-can-be-douches thing, as I get on quite well with a lot of them. You just get the odd one who thinks he/she is better than you. It's not that bad really I guess, considering there are children in the world who have to work in much harder and longer conditions. It's just the style they do it in, I never knew a company could be so indecent. The good news though is that I may not be working there for much longer. I sent my CV into this place called Daylesford Organic, a place where everything is grown and made organically on their own farm by themselves. Ofcourse it's expensive, but really nice, and the pay is better. Just hope they want me. Because at least there I won't be treated mostly like someone who is just used, and where colleagues who are supposed to be friends don't give a toss.

I've become slightly more leniant to evolutionary views - in the matter of survival of the fittest. I believe we should help one another, but only in certain cases. I just think if someone can be assertive enough they can get what they want, and be happier, then that's better. Nothing harsh, and not entirely selfish. But it's my so called life, and I can do what I want with it. But i'll speak about that and my seamingly Socialist views another time.

Ending on a good note, at least the sun is shinning now :)
